CHILDREN SAFETY POLICY

For the comfort of all of our guests and the enjoyment of your experience, children are only permitted in the salon when receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

CANCELLATIONS

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows Mogano to schedule and serve other clients. 

Cancelling or changing an appointment with less than 24 hours notice impacts Mogano and the opportunity to serve other guests. We understand the sudden emergencies of life that require the cancellation of your appointment. Therefore we have developed a policy that is sensitive to our guest's lives, while still respecting our team and their time. 

We have a grace period of one missed appointment or one appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Any future no-shows, cancellations/changes outside of the cancelation policy will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services. We appreciate your understanding.

NO SHOWS

More than one no-show will be handled the same as cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.

REDO

At Mogano we are committed to complete customer satisfaction. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within one week of your appointment to schedule and appointment for your complimentary redo. The redo appointment will be scheduled with the same technician who performed the original service within two weeks. If unavailable, or if you feel that the technician is unable to provide the service, and exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another technician. If you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you not attempt to correct the issue yourself and seek out another salon as we will no longer be able to perform the service complimentary.
